Prep/cook time: 15 mins | Serves: 1 (because Joey doesn't share food) | GF, DF & NF
Dash of milk (whatever you prefer)
4 tsp flour (I use buckwheat flour)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Toppings of your choice!
Do it like this:
Mash banana in a mixing bowl and the add egg.
Add 4 tsp of flour and a dash of milk and mix. If the consistency is not to your liking i.e. too watery add another tsp of flour or if too thick add another dash of milk.
Add toppings of your choice and a sprinkle of cinnamon and ENJOY!
